Gonna veer off the happiness theme today...
I was reading an article about Valerie Harper
in the People magazine that Bren gave me....
I always watched The Mary Tyler Moore show,
loved the relationship between Mary and Rhoda,
and I watched Rhoda, too...
As I was reading about the way Valerie is handling
her terminal cancer diagnosis, she reminded
me of Morrie Schwartz, and how he coped
with his illness and impending death...
I was especially impressed with 'Valerie's List',
made up of five pieces of wisdom, that she shared:
